EARLIER
In a collaborative effort, Pre-Award Shared Services and Research Development have established EARLIER, the UCF Office of Research’s comprehensive approach to Large, Interdisciplinary, and Complex Proposal Submissions with a Significant University-wide Impact.
Our primary focus is to reduce administrative burden in submitting large proposal efforts at UCF. We will work in consultation with faculty, department heads, deans, and directors to determine the level of engagement necessary for each proposal or project.
EARLIER supported projects may include kick-off and team meeting facilitation, document collection, review (editorial, grantsmanship or peer), institutional information, grant writing, graphic design, external collaboration coordination, competitive intelligence or a full suite of project management engagement.
